How to improve on world of warcraft!

Now I’m a fan a World of Warcraft. I think they defined the whole MMORPG games genera. Since it’s creation their has been quite a few other games come out that have tried to steal WOW crown. In my opinion they have all failed and I’ve tried most of them. Here are they breakdown:
Lord of the rings online.
This game actually was that bad it was a little long winded. Again it wasn’t really very different from WOW, it didn’t really have anything interesting to add. It suffered from having really boring character classes. I really struggled to get excited about playing any of them.
Warhammer online
I had high hopes for this one what with being a big fan of the game workshop games as a child. But this again had really boring characters, they try to do a some interesting things but their is little to no variations. I tried the chaos mutant warrior, with the arm that turns into a tentacle played it for a couple of days and got bored. They have this concept that it would all be about the war and all the cooking skills and blacksmithing would be removed. Personally this put me off I enjoyed the more transactional parts of the WOW.
Their are more but these seem to be the most well funded and well put together. To create the next big game this is what I would like to see:
Limited resurrections: I want people to be scared of dying. When the worst thing that can happen to you is a inconvenient walk to get back. I want to see people running for their lives. I want the amount of hero being reduced as time goes on. I think this would really achieve a feeling of achievement.
More instances: I don’t like the idea of the world being an instance that anyone can join at any point. It makes it feel like a sandpit where you have people trying it out and moving on. Why not have lots more instances, and once you are their you are stuck in it, but their would be a lot less people per instances.
Quest can only done once: I don’t like the idea of the quest returning. It again reduces the achieve felt by it. Why not have some kinds that can be repeated that are logical to repeat like collecting berries and stuff. But when everyone get to slay the legendary dragon it only really a right of passage not an achievement if everyone gets to do it multiple times.
Have a timeline: I would like a plot with a beginning middle and end. I would like events to happen. I would like a conclusion. Not this constant pointless spiral of un important quests.
I know a lot of these things would reduce the money that the companies want. Especially when it come to subscription fees. But it would be such and better more worthwhile experience.
On a work note. What do you make of the B&A photography on the Liposuction page, I think she looks worse after! Really guys I recone we should just remove them.
